This was a points commission for of his anthro Lucario, finding some gem which increases his "aura" (whatever energy that is... I was never a pokemon fan...) and making him more muscular... I hope he likes it... Copic markers on marker paper (I've been using those a lot of late) Pokemon (c) Nintendo This anthro Lucario is (c) Art is (c) Lance Verity (me)
Thank you so much once again for doing this! It looks really great!
You're very good at the anatomy; the muscles are drawn really well and proportionate, and the shading really highlights the definition and depth. I also love the hands and feet, which I have always thought were the hardest to draw.
The coloring style with markers turned out really well, and the green highlight on the cave walls is a very nice touch. Speaking of which, the green glow around the body is also done excellently, and I think the markers really provide the picture with a distinct feel that no other coloring-style could have done.
I also love the way you portray the character himself. Different artists draw Lucario differently especially when it comes to the mouth, the shoulder, and the thighs, but I really like your style. For one, I like how you made those black things on his shoulders fluffy. Secondly, the thighs are proportionate with his legs, which I think looks very good.
I really have nothing negative to say about the picture.

Any tips?
